Meredith Ballaban
Meredith received her osteopathic training from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton and is an OSCTAN member in good standing. Meredith was drawn to osteopathy after experiencing treatment herself as a patient and seeing the difference it made in her and her children’s lives. With a background in health, movement and hands-on work as a certified birth doula, yoga teacher and Thai Yoga Massage practitioner, she felt that osteopathy offered the next step in acquiring a deeper understanding of the human body and its ability to self-heal and self-regulate. Meredith aims to meet patients where they are and foster safe and positive experiences.
When she’s not working, Meredith enjoys time with her three daughters and two cats. She loves being in nature, cooking, and trying out new dance classes.

Drew Galpin
Health and fitness have always been an important part of Drew’s lifestyle. These experiences have helped him develop strategies for working with a multitude of clients. Whether dealing with chronic injuries and pain, or weekend warriors and fitness enthusiasts, Drew will work with you to facilitate recovery and performance by supporting the bodies innate ability to heal itself.
Drew graduated from WLU with his B.A. in Kinesiology, a diploma in Massage Therapy from CCMH, as well as the 5 year program at the Canadian College of Osteopathy (CCO).
Drew defended his thesis at the CCO, examining the effect of cranial techniques on stress and inflammation in individuals with chronic diseases.

Jessica strives to help others maintain their personal best through the importance of self-care. She aims to build an integral healing relationship, in which the Registered Massage Therapist assists the client in restoring, maintaining and enhancing their well-being. Jessica’s clinical focus is in Prenatal care, Pediatric massage, and Geriatric treatments. The services and modalities she offers include an array of Traditional or General Swedish massage techniques, and Advanced Therapeutic massage techniques, such as; Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Joint Mobilizations, Remedial Exercise, and Hydrotherapy.
Quality care is important to Jessica. She values a client-centered approach to treatment and continues to educate herself in accordance with practical research, for advanced training purposes and enhanced treatment provision.
As a college level educator, Jessica inspires the same level of passion for the profession in her students.

Natiely Lai
Natiely graduated from the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy in 2014 and tailors her treatments to each client’s needs. She works with a wide range of clients to help them reach their wellness goals and is currently a fourth-year student in the Sutherland-Chan Osteopathy program.
Her skills include Swedish massage, myofascial release, remedial stretching, and joint mobilizations. She is dedicated to refining her techniques to deliver effective, personalized care.
Outside the clinic, Natiely is passionate about hiking, hot yoga, field hockey, and combat sports. Her own experience as a fitness boxer has given her valuable insight into maintaining physical and mental health. She has also worked with national-level boxers, BJJ and MMA athletes, combining massage therapy with her passion for sports to support their performance and recovery.

Sydney MacDonald OMP, RMT
Sydney is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and Registered Massage Therapist. She has a Diploma of Osteopathic Manual Practice from the Canadian College of Osteopathy and a diploma in Massage Therapy from CCMH. She has successfully defended her thesis on the effects of manual osteopathic treatment on first responders with PTSD. She also has a special interest in treating babies and children. Sydney’s approach to treatment is gentle and holistic with an individualized treatment plan to suit each person’s needs.

Angela is a Registered Massage Therapist, graduating with distinction from triOS College in July of 2021. She is excited to offer relaxation and therapeutic massage using a variety of general Swedish massage techniques, and advanced techniques, such as myofascial release, and joint mobilizations.

Jenni Warkentin
Jenni has been practicing massage in her hometown of Waterloo since 1999, developing her skills to meet the needs of her clients. She believes that massage is an excellent addition to one’s overall health and should become a routine.

Claira is one of our Osteopathic Manual Practitioners at Elysis. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph and recently completed her Master of Practice Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Sciences (M.OMSc.) at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy.
Passionate about all aspects of health and wellness, Claira has been involved in athletics for most of her life and understands firsthand the physical demands that daily life and sport can place on the body. Her journey into osteopathy began after experiencing a debilitating low back injury, but it was the transformative care she received following two severe concussions that truly inspired her to pursue the profession.
