Cranio-Sacral therapy is an advanced treatment option, provided by some of our RMT's. The cranio-sacral system connects the bones of the head (cranium) to the spine, down to the tailbone (sacrum), and contains your nerves. Cranio-sacral therapy focus on maintaining the balance along this path, optimizing nerve function and mobility.

This option integrates advanced massage therapy skills (trigger point work, fascial stretching, myofascial release, visceral manipulation, and more) as needed, accompanied by work on the cranial sacral system.

Meredith received her osteopathic training from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton and is an OSCTAN member in good standing. Meredith was drawn to osteopathy after experiencing treatment herself as a patient and seeing the difference it made in her and her children’s lives. With a background in health, movement and hands-on work as a certified birth doula, yoga teacher and Thai Yoga Massage practitioner, she felt that osteopathy offered the next step in acquiring a deeper understanding of the human body and its ability to self-heal and self-regulate. Meredith aims to meet patients where they are and foster safe and positive experiences.

Drew graduated from WLU with his B.A. in Kinesiology, a diploma in Massage Therapy from CCMH, as well as the 5 year program at the Canadian College of Osteopathy (CCO). 

Drew defended his thesis at the CCO, examining the effect of cranial techniques on stress and inflammation in individuals with chronic diseases.

Natiely graduated from the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy in 2014 and tailors her treatments to each client’s needs. She works with a wide range of clients to help them reach their wellness goals and is currently a fourth-year student in the Sutherland-Chan Osteopathy program (Integrative Massage available to book).

Her skills include Swedish massage, deep tissue/trigger point therapy, myofascial release, remedial stretching, and joint mobilizations. She is dedicated to refining her techniques to deliver effective, personalized care.

Outside the clinic, Natiely is passionate about hiking, hot yoga, field hockey, and combat sports. Her own experience as a fitness boxer has given her valuable insight into maintaining physical and mental health. She has also worked with national-level boxers, BJJ and MMA athletes, combining massage therapy with her passion for sports to support their performance and recovery.

Sydney is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and Registered Massage Therapist. She has a Diploma of Osteopathic Manual Practice from the Canadian College of Osteopathy and a diploma in Massage Therapy from CCMH. She has successfully defended her thesis on the effects of manual osteopathic treatment on first responders with PTSD. She also has a special interest in treating babies and children.
